Patient Care:
Observation and Documentation: Monitoring patients' behavior, mood, and physical condition, and documenting observations.
Treatment Plan Implementation: Assisting with the implementation of treatment plans, which may include medication administration, therapeutic activities, and crisis intervention.
Emotional Support: Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients.
Hygiene and Daily Living: Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and other daily living activities.
Safety and Security: Ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, including de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention.
Communication and Collaboration:
